2. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Cross-project access may occur under organizational accounts, and users must ensure proper authorization before accessing multiple projects.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some projects may require subscriptions. Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms outlined for each project. StarsGathered reserves the right to modify subscription pricing upon notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use any project for unlawful purposes or in violation of regulations.
• Attempt to access data without proper authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with our services.
• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized multi-project access.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

StarsGathered provides all projects “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. We strive for uptime and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Modifications to TOS

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of any project after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users will be notified of material changes via the registered organizational email.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StarsGathered is incorporated. Users agree to resolve disputes in accordance with these laws.
